Review of 7 Minute Muscle


If you are like me you spend hours at the gym getting into shape, I get tired of going there every day it is taking up my time the time that I could spend with the family or be doing other things, well I think that I could put you on to something better, something that will take up a lot less of your time and you don’t have to take any pills or potions or do any thing daft like that, I picked up this book a couple of weeks ago 7 minute muscle and read it with some skepticism telling me that after just a short time you will have a body to be proud of, if like me you have tried all the ways you know to build a good body and failed mainly because you get board going to the gym three times a week or night after night doing all that hard work.
In this book Jon Benson tells you that it doesn’t have to be that hard or take that long, not that you don’t have to work hard doing what is in this book, but for a lot shorter time.


I have just got to recommend this book it has taken hours off going to the gym, and all the ideas that Jon Benson recommends actually makes you wonder why you had not thought of them yourself, and how much
notice that we take of all those trainers that tell us we should put the time in to get a perfect body.

You can spend hundreds of pounds on gym subscriptions, and getting the right advice from so called gurus
But I can tell you now you just have to get this book 7 minute muscle and cut down on all those visits to the gym and yes end up with a body to be proud of.

The way Jon has written and devised this book could make gyms as we know them a thing of the past, the thing I notice most about the book is the way it is written , in straight forward language that we can all understand, and putting what Jon says in to action is so easy.

The book is good for both men and women, I tried it first and after about a week I started to see results,
I then gave it to my girlfriend to read, she was so taken with it that she tried it for loosing weight and regaining her figure, and she hates exercise, but after about ten days you could see a substantial difference
So she is keeping at it so that she will look good in the summer, lying on that beach.
